David Crane

David Crane formed game publisher Activision in 1979. Activision pioneered third-party game development for the Atari 2600 platform, selling millions of games. David, himself, wrote the landmark game, Pitfall! which was the second best-selling game for the Atari 2600 after Pac-Man. Crane later went on to co-found Absolute Entertainment with Garry Kitchen, releasing the NES game A Boy and His Blob. David is now the co-founder of Audacity Games™, your one-stop shop for games from the ‘old masters’.
